Founder and Chairman Y.C. Lai has stepped down from his position as Chairman, with the former General Manager Jack Liu taking over the role.
On May 27, Yankey Engineering (6691) held its annual shareholders' meeting, successfully passing all resolutions and conducting a board re-election. During the board meeting that followed, a new Chairman was elected. The former General Manager, Jack Liu, succeeded the founder and outgoing Chairman, Y.C. Lai, completing the generational transition.
