Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) policy

一、Purpose
 

Yankey Engineering is committed to creating a diverse and inclusive workplace where all employees can enjoy equal opportunities and receive respect and support in all company operations. We believe that by providing a diverse, equitable, and inclusive work environment, we encourage employees to reach their full potential, foster consensus, and work together to achieve the company's vision of sustainable innovation.

  • Diversity: Recognizing and embracing the diversity of individuals and employees from different backgrounds. In our workplace, we respect everyone’s unique experiences, characteristics, and perspectives. Each individual is unique, including in aspects such as age, marital status, gender, pregnancy, race and culture, nationality, skin color, physical ability, mental and physical disability, religious belief, political stance, sexual orientation, gender identity, employment status, education, performance, socioeconomic status, and military service.

    Equity: Creating an environment where everyone can fully realize their potential by providing equal opportunities and resources according to individual differences, ensuring fairness for all. Every employee is treated fairly within the organization, without discrimination based on factors such as age, marital status, gender, pregnancy, race and culture, nationality, skin color, physical ability, mental and physical disability, religious belief, political stance, sexual orientation, gender identity, employment status, education, performance, socioeconomic status, or military service. This fairness applies to hiring, training, evaluation, promotion, compensation, and benefits.

In turn, this increases the company’s attractiveness to external talent and boosts internal employee satisfaction.
