[Event Information] Organizing Experiential Training - Laying the Foundation for Team Building for Middle Managers

After the company went public, the company's team has been continuously expanding. In order to strengthen the consensus and management
awareness of the management team, we have partnered with the Dingxin team to invite the renowned teacher, Ms. Chuang Qingya, from the
industry. The main focus of the program is to cultivate the concept and ability of team building through experiential games. The key courses
are as follows:

2."Lizard Puzzle (Developing Leadership and Motivating Subordinates, Reducing Communication Gaps, Leading from Top to Bottom)": Reflect on
the impact of one's own assumptions and recognize the importance of inquiring and clarifying guidance that leads to results.

3."Crazy Dance Machine (Building High-Performance Teams)": Poverty leads to change. It requires systematic abandonment and breaking of
thought patterns, shifting from "me" to "we."

Through gaming methods, the program aims to instill in supervisors the concept of "poverty leads to change, change leads to success" within
the team. Recognizing the value in adversity and acknowledging when things aren't working are crucial steps towards making positive changes
and leading the team to success in the face of various challenges.
